Results differ between people. We do not guarantee any gain in weight, muscle or strength, or any timeline.

Training and health safety

Use correct technique, appropriate loads, safety bars or a spotter where needed, and adapt examples to your experience and recovery. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel chest pain, faintness, unusual breathlessness or pain beyond normal effort. If you have a medical condition, are taking medication, or have persistent unexplained weight loss or other symptoms, speak to a qualified clinician before changing your training or diet.

The ebook is sold through Gumroad. Your purchase is made on Gumroad’s checkout, which shows the current price, taxes and applicable purchase terms. Your statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to digital content that is faulty or not as described, are not affected by these terms.
